"Vishudha Papam or Holy Sin"

ദൈവം ക്ഷെമിക്കേണ്ട പാപം ഏറ്റു പറഞ്ഞു ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടും വീണ്ടും പാപം ചെയ്തു പരിശുദ്ധതമാവാം ദൈവത്തെ വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പാപം ആണ് വിശുദ്ധ പാപം. ഈ പാപം ഏറ്റു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ആവർത്തിച്ചു പരിശുദ്ധമാവിനെ ദുഖിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പാപം ആണ് വിശുദ്ധപാപം.

Why didn't mention Rapture and Trinity "

The term 'Trinity'is a symbolical name of One.

eg. Father God, Son of God and Holy Spirit.

The term 'Rapture' refers to the "Catch away"

eg. Elijah, Enoch.

The words Trinity and Rapture are Parable.

യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ പഴയ നിയമത്തിൽ ആര്?

"യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ രണ്ടാമതും ആകാശത്തു നിന്ന് അബ്രഹാമിനോട് വിളിച്ച് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തത് :നീ ഈ കാര്യം ചെയ്ത്, നിന്റെ ഏകജാതനായ മകനെ തരുവാൻ മടിക്കകകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഐശ്വര്യമായി അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും. നിന്റെ സന്തതിയെ ആകാശത്തിലെ നക്ഷത്രങ്ങൾ പോലെയും കടക്കരയിലെ മണൽപോലെയും അത്യന്തം വർധിപ്പിക്കും. നിന്റെ സന്തതി ശത്രുക്കളുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളെ കൈവശമാക്കും. നീ എന്റെ വാക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചത് കൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ സന്തതി മുഖാന്തിരം ഭൂമിയിലുള്ള സകല ജാതികളും അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടും എന്നു ഞാൻ എന്നെകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിചെയുന്നു.( " Genesis 22:15-18)

അബ്രഹാമിനോട് യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ അബ്രഹാമേ, അബ്രഹാമേ എന്നു രണ്ടു പ്രാവശ്യം വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അബ്രഹാം കേട്ടത് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടയിട്ടാണ്.ദൈവം ആയിരുന്നു യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ ആയി പഴയ നിയമത്തിൽ രേഖപെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാക്കോബ് യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതനുമായി മല്ലുപിടിച്ചു. മനോഹ യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതന്റ അരുളപ്പാട് കേക്കുന്നു. ഗിദയോൻ യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതന്റ അരുളപ്പാട് കേൾക്കുന്നു. ഇവിടെയെല്ലാം യഹോവയുടെ ദൂതൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത് ദൈവത്തെ തന്നെയാണ്.

രാത്രികാലങ്ങളിൽ പിതാവം ദൈവം മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരോട് തന്റെ ആലോചനകളെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി സ്വപ്നങ്ങളിൽ കൂടി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് സ്വപ്നം.

"അതിന്റ ശേഷം അബ്രമിന് ദർശനത്തിൽ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് ഉണ്ടായത് എന്തന്നാൽ:അബ്രാമേ, ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ട :ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പരിചയും

നിന്റെ അതി മഹത്തായ പ്രതിഫലവും ആകുന്നു."( Genesis 15:1)

ദർശനം

ഭാവികാലങ്ങളിൽ സംഭവിക്കാൻ പോകുന്നു കാര്യങ്ങൾ പകൽ സമയത്ത് പുത്രനാം ദൈവം ആലോചന അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ് സ്വപ്നം.

"അവൻ ഒരു സ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തിയപ്പോൾ സൂര്യൻ അസ്തമിക്കകൊണ്ട് അവിടെ രാപർത്തു ; അവൻ ആ സ്ഥലത്തെ കല്ലുകളിൽ ഒന്നെടുത്ത് തലയണയായി വച്ചു അവിടെ കിടന്നുറങ്ങി. അവൻ ഒരു സ്വപ്നം കണ്ടു : ഇതാ ഭൂമിയിൽ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കോവേണി ; അതിന്റ തല സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തോളം എത്തിയിരുന്നു ;ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ദൂതന്മാർ അതിന്മേൽ കയറുകയും ഇറങ്ങുകയുമായിരുന്നു."(Genesis 28-11,12")

ആദി മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ദൈവത്തോട് അനുസരണകേട് കാണിച്ചത് മൂലം അവരുടെ പാപം തലമുറകളിലൂടെ ഇറങ്ങിയതായിരുന്നു ജന്മപാപം.

കർമപാപം

മനുഷ്യൻ മനസാക്ഷിക്കു വിരോദമായി ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ പാപങ്ങളും കർമപപമായി മാറുന്നു.

ആദി മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മുതലുള്ള കർമ്മപാപവും അവരുടെ കർമപാപം മുതലുള്ള ജന്മപപവും ഏറ്റെടുക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി യേശു ക്രിസ്തു സകല മാനവജാതിയുടെയും കുറ്റം തന്നിൽ ചാർത്തി നിത്യജീവൻ സൗജന്യമായി നൽകി.

"നീ അവനു നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവേർക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും അവൻ നിത്യ ജീവനെ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതിനു നീ സകല ജഡത്തിന്മേലും അവന് അധികാരം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ. ഏക സത്യ ദൈവമായ നിന്നെയും, നീ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിനെയും അറിയുന്നത് തന്നെ നിത്യ ജീവൻ ആകുന്നു". (യോഹന്നാൻ 17:2-3).

a. ഗർഭചിദ്രം

"എന്നാൽ ക്രിസ്തു നിദ്ര കൊണ്ടവരിൽ ആദ്യഫലമായി മരിച്ചവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയിർതിരിക്കുന്നു. മനുഷ്യന്മൂലം മരണം ഉണ്ടാകുകയാൽ മരിച്ചവരുടെ പുനരുദ്ധ്വാനവും മനുഷ്യൻ മൂലo ഉണ്ടായി.

മനുഷ്യനായി ജനിച്ചു മരിച്ചു അന്ത്യന്യായവിധിക്കായി ഉയിർത്തെഴുനെല്കുന്നവർ യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിനെയോ അറിയുകയോ അവരവരുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണ പ്രകാരം ജീവിക്കുകയോ മനസാക്ഷി പ്രകാരം ജീവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവർ പിതാവം ദൈവം ന്യായവിധിക്കുമ്പോൾ നീതിക്കു വേണ്ടി നിന്നവർക്ക് ഒന്നാം പുനരുദ്ധ്വാനത്തിൽ പങ്കുള്ളവർ.

രണ്ടാം പുനരുദ്ധ്വാനം

ഒന്നാം പുനരദ്ധ്വാനത്തിൽ പങ്കുള്ളവർ

നിത്യജീവനിലേക്കും. രണ്ടാം പുനരുദ്ധ്വാനത്തിൽ പങ്കുളള്ളവർ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ മണവാട്ടിയായി എന്നേക്കും വാഴുന്നു. അവരവർക്കു കൊടുത്ത താലന്ത് വ്യാപാരം ചെയ്തവർക്ക് അധികാരം നൽകുന്നു. താലന്തു നിലത്തു കുഴിച്ചിട്ടവർ എന്നേക്കും നിത്യ ലജ്‌ജയ്കയി എഴുന്നേൽക്കും. താലന്ത് വ്യാപാരം ചെയ്തവർക്കു അവരുടെ ഓഹരി പ്രകാരം ഉള്ള അവകാശങ്ങളും കിരീടങ്ങളും ലഭിക്കുന്നു. വിശുദ്ധി നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്താത്തവർ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ മണവാട്ടിയായി എന്നേക്കും വാഴും.

"രക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെ ഇടയിലും നശിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഇടയിലും ഞങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിനു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സൗരഭ്യ വാസന ആകുന്നു. ഇവർക്കു മരണത്തിൽ നിന്നു മരണത്തിലേക്കുള്ള വാസന, അവർക്കൊ ജീവനിൽ നിന്ന് ജീവങ്കലേക്കുള്ള വാസന തന്നെ. എന്നാൽ ഇതിനു ആര് പ്രാപ്തൻ?(2 കോരിന്ത്യൻസ് 2:15-16)

ജഢിക സ്വഭാവം മരിക്കുന്നു,ആത്മാവും പ്രാണനും രക്ഷപ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.

രണ്ടാം മരണം

:ആത്മീക മരണം സംഭവിക്കുന്നു.ആത്മാവ് നഷ്ടപെടുന്നു, പ്രാണൻ നഷ്ടപെടുന്നു.

"ഒടുക്കത്തെ ശത്രുവായിട്ട് മരണം നീങ്ങി പോകും "1 Corinthians 15 :26)

"ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുദ്ര "

ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുദ്ര എന്താണ്?

യേശുക്രിസ്തു കാൽവരി ക്രൂശിൽ യാഗമായി തീർന്നതിന്റെ പ്രതീകത്മികമായ ഒന്നാണ് അബ്രഹം യിസഹാക്കിന് പകരമായി ആട്ടിൻകുട്ടിയെ യാഗം കഴിച്ചത്. ആദം മുതൽ യിസഹാക്ക് വരെയുള്ളവരുടെ പാപം ദൈവം ഏറ്റടുത്തതിന് പകരമായി കോലട്ടിൻകുട്ടിയെ അബ്രഹാം യാഗം കഴിച്ചത്. അന്ന് മുതൽ പരിഛെദന ഒരു കല്പന ആയി. മോശയുടെ കാലത്ത് യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ ഈജിപ്ത് വിടാറായപ്പോൾ ദൈവം ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനായ യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ പ്രതീകത്മീകമായ കുഞ്ഞാടിന്റെ രക്തം കട്ടള കാലിന്മേലും കുറുമ്പടിമേലും തളിച്ച്. സംഹാരദൂതനിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷ പ്രാപിച്ചു.

മോശയുടെ കാലം മുതൽ യോഹന്നാൻ സ്നാപകൻ വരെ ന്യായപ്രമാണങ്ങളും പരിച്ചേദനയും പാപങ്ങളുടെ പരിഹാരത്തിനായി യാഗങ്ങളും ചെയ്തു പോന്നു.

യേശു ക്രിസ്തു ഭൂമിയിൽ ആദാമിന്റെ സന്തതിയായി സ്ത്രിയുടെ സന്തതിയായി അബ്രഹാമിന്റെ സന്തതിയിൽ യാക്കോബിന്റെ വംശപാരമ്പര്യത്തിൽ പന്ത്രണ്ട് ഗോത്രത്തിലെ രാജാവായ യഹൂദ ഗോത്രത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച ദാവിദിന്റെ സന്തതി പരമ്പരയിൽ കൂടി ദാവീദുപുത്രനായി ബേത്ലഹെമിൽ ഭൂമിയുടെജാതനായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു എട്ടാംനാളിൽ യഹൂദ ന്യായപ്രമാണം പ്രകാരം തന്റെ ജന്മപാപം തീർക്കുവാനായി പാപപരിഹാത്തിനായി 2 കുരുപ്രാവിനെ യാഗം കഴിച്ചും പരിച്ചേദനയും ഏറ്റു തന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കളെ അനുസരിച്ചു 30 വയസുവരെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾക് കീഴടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ കൂറിന്റെ ക്രമപ്രകാരം ഉള്ള ഏലിയാവിന്റെ ആത്മാവോട് വന്ന യോഹന്നാൻ സ്നാപകന്റെ കൈകീഴിൽ തീ കൊണ്ടുള്ള പരിശുദ്ധആത്മാസ്നാനം കൈകൊണ്ടു മൂന്നര വർഷം ദൈവവചനം പ്രഘോഷിച്ചും രോഗികളെ സൗഖ്യമാക്കിയും ഭൂതങ്ങളെ പുറത്താക്കിയും യേശു ക്രിസ്തു ദൈവപുത്രൻ എന്നു ദിനം പ്രതി തെളിയിച്ചുപോന്നു. കലാസമ്പൂർണത വന്നപ്പോൾ ദൈവം തന്റെ ഏകജാതനായ പുത്രനെ മരിച്ചവരിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയിർപ്പിച്ചു ദൈവ സിംഹസനത്തിന്മേൽ എന്നും എന്നേക്കും സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി. യേശു ക്രിസ്തു കാൽവറി ക്രൂശിൽ യാഗമായി തീർന്നത് സകല മാ നവജാതിയുടെയും പാപപരിഹാരത്തിനായി എന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും വായ് കൊണ്ട് ഏറ്റു പറയുകയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുദ്ര ഏൽക്കുന്നു.

എന്താണ് 666 മുദ്ര?

ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ സംഖ്യക്ക് 666 എന്നു പറയുന്നു. ഓരോ മനുഷ്യന്റെ ജനുസ് അനുസരിച്ചു ഇടുന്ന ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പൊതുവായ ബാർക്കോഡിങ് ആണ് 666 മുദ്ര.

പൊതുവായ മനുഷ്യന്റെ ബാർകോഡ് ആണ് 666.

"ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവൻ മൃഗത്തിന്റെ സംഖ്യ ഗണിക്കട്ടെ :അത്‌ ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ സംഖ്യയത്രേ. അതിന്റെ സംഖ്യ ആരുന്നൂറ്ററുപതാറ്." Revelation 13:18. "

സാത്താൻ :

വെട്ടേറ്റു വീണ വെളിച്ച ദൂതൻ ആണ് സാത്താൻ. സാത്താന്റെ കീഴിൽ ലോകമനുഷ്യരും മൃഗങ്ങളും ഇഴജന്തുക്കളും പറവ ജാതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

("യഹോവ സാത്തനോട്‌ :നീ എവിടെ നിന്ന് വരുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന് സാത്താൻ യഹോവയോട് :ഞാൻ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഉടാടി സഞ്ചാരിച്ചിട്ട് വരുന്നു എന്ന് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു."Job1:7)

"നോഹ യഹോവയ്ക്കു ഒരു യാഗപീഠം പണിതു, ശുദ്ധിയുള്ള സകല മൃഗങ്ങളിലും ശുദ്ധിയുള്ള എല്ലാ പറവകളിലും ചിലത് എടുത്ത് യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ ഹോമയാഗം അർപ്പിച്ചു.( Genesis8:20)"

പിശാച് :

പിശാചിന്റെ കീഴിൽ രോഗങ്ങൾ, കാലാവസ്ഥ, അനിയന്ത്രിതമായി പെറ്റു പെരുകുന്ന വൈറസുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

"അവൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റു കാറ്റിനെ ശാസിച്ചു, കടലിനോട് അനങ്ങാതിരിക്കുക, അടങ്ങുക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ;കാറ്റ് അമർന്നു, വലിയ ശാന്തത ഉണ്ടായി. Mark 4:39)

"സ്ത്രീ തനിക്കു സംഭവിച്ചത് അറിഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഭയപ്പെട്ടും വിറച്ചും കൊണ്ടു വന്നു അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ വീണു വസ്തുത ഒക്കെയും അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു. അവൻ അവളോട്, മകളെ നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം നിന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു ;സമാദാനത്തോടെ പോയി ബാധ ഒഴിഞ്ഞു സ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു " (Mark 5:33-34)

ദുരത്മാവ് :

ദുരത്മക്കൾക് മുനുഷ്യനിലും മൃഗങ്ങളിലും പക്ഷികളിലും മത്സ്യങ്ങളിലും ഇഴജന്തു കളിലും പ്രവേശിക്കാം.

"ഒരിക്കൽ അവൻ ഊമയായൊരു ഭൂതത്തെ പുറത്താക്കി. ഭൂതം വിട്ടു പോയ ശേഷം ഊമൻ സംസാരിച്ചു. Luke:11:14."

"ഭൂതങ്ങൾ അവനോട് :ഞങ്ങളെ പുറത്താകുന്നു എങ്കിൽ പണിക്കൂട്ടത്തിലേക്കു അയക്കേണം എന്ന് അവൻ അവരോട് പറഞ്ഞു, അവർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു പന്നികളിലേക്ക് ചെന്ന് ; ആ കൂട്ടം എല്ലാം കടുന്തൂകത്തൂടെ കടലിലേക്ക് പാഞ്ഞു വെള്ളത്തിൽ മുങ്ങി ചത്തു."( Matthew 8:31-32).

"പാമ്പ് സ്ത്രീയോട് :നിങ്ങൾ മരിക്കയില്ല നിശ്ചയം, അത് തിന്നുന്ന നാളിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണ് തുറക്കുകയും നിങ്ങൾ നന്മതിന്മകളെ അറിയുന്നവരായി ദൈവത്തെ പോലെ ആകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു ദൈവം അറിയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.(Genesis 3:4,5)

ഒന്നാം കല്പന

1. നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ പൂർണ ആത്മാവോടും പൂർണ മനസോടും പൂർണ ശക്തിയോടും പൂർണ ബലത്തോടും കൂടെ ആരാധിക്കുക.

രണ്ടാം കല്പന

2. നിന്റ അപ്പനെയും അമ്മയെയും ബഹുമാനിക്കുക.

മൂന്നാം കല്പന

പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്റെ ഉല്പത്തി

ആദിയിൽ ദൈവം ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. ആകാശത്തിന് മൂന്നു വിതാനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഒന്നാം വിതാനം ഒന്നാം സ്വർഗം.

ഭൂമിയിൽ ദൈവം ദൂതന്മാരെ ആക്കിവെച്ചു. ഭൂമിയിൽ ആക്കിവച്ചിരുന്ന ദൂതന്മാർ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സിംഹസനത്തേക്കാൾ മുകളിൽ അവരുട സിംഹാസനം വയ്ക്കാണെമെന്ന് ചിന്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ വെട്ടേറ്റു നിലത്തു വീണു.പിന്നീട് ഭൂമിയുടെ പുനർനിർമാണത്തിന് വേണ്ടി ആഴത്തിൻ മീതെ ഇരുളുണ്ടാക്കി ഭൂമിയെ അവിടെ ആക്കി വച്ചു. കാലത്തിന്റെ ക്രമീകരണം വന്നപ്പോൾ. ഭൂമിയുടെ മേൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു വെള്ളത്തെ വേർതിരിക്കാനായി ഒന്നാം വിതാ നത്തിന്മേതേ വെള്ളത്തെ ആക്കിവെച്ചു. ബാക്കി ഉള്ള വെള്ളത്തെ ഒന്നിച്ചു കൂട്ടി സമുദ്രം ആക്കി വച്ചു. പകൽ ഉണ്ടായി, വെളിച്ചം ഉണ്ടായി, പകലിനെയും വെളിച്ചത്തെയും വേർതിരിക്കുവാനായി ഇരുളിനെ ആക്കി വച്ചു. രാത്രിയിൽ വാഴുവാൻ ചന്ദ്രനെയും പകൽ വാഴുവാൻ സൂര്യനെയും ദൈവം ആക്കി വച്ചു.

കാലഘട്ടങ്ങൾ മറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഒന്നാം ജാതി യാത്ര ആരംഭിച്ചു. രണ്ടാം ജാതി സ്ഥിരമായി ഒരിടത്തു തിങ്ങികൂടിയപ്പോൾ അവരെ ഇളക്കാനായി അവരുടെ ഭാഷ കലക്കി വിവിധ ഭാഷകരും ജാതികളും ആയി തീർന്നു. മൂന്നാം ജാതി അപ്പോഴും കാലഘട്ടങ്ങൾ മറിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴും അവരുടെ ഏക ദൈവ വിശ്വാസത്തിൽ ഉറച്ചു നിന്നു.

മൂന്നാം ജാതി ഉദാ :ക്രിസ്ത്യാനി

ഈ മൂന്ന് ജാതികളുടെ ചക്രങ്ങൾ തിരിയുമ്പോൾ ഉപജാതി, സമ്മിശ്ശറാ ജാതി എന്നിവ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഉണ്ടായി. ഓരോ ജാതിക്കും ഉപജാതിയും ഓരോ ഉപജാതിക്കു ഓരോ ദൈവവും എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഗോത്ര സംസ്കാരങ്ങൾ നിലവിൽ വന്നു.

ഒരു ഉപജാതിക്കു കീഴ് ജാതി ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഓരോ കീഴ്ജാതിക്കും ഓരോ ഗോത്ര ദൈവങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ഏക ദൈവ വിശ്വാസികൾ ഏക ദൈവത്തെ അഥവാ പ്രപഞ്ച ശക്തികളെ ആരാധിച്ചു പോന്നു.

1. ഒന്നാം ജാതി -ആര്യൻ

2. രണ്ടാം ജാതി -യഹൂദൻ

3. മൂന്നാം ജാതി -ക്രിസ്ത്യാനി

1-ഒന്നാം ജാതിക്ക് ഉപജാതി, കീഴ്ജാതി, സമ്മിശ്‌രാജാതി എന്നിങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

2. രണ്ടാം ജാതിക്കു ഉപജാതി, കിഴ്ജാതി, സമ്മിശ്‌റജാതി എന്നിവാ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

3. മൂന്നാം ജാതിക്ക് ഉപജാതി കീഴ്ജാതി, സമ്മിശ്വരജാതി എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

ഓരോ ജാതിക്കും ഉപജാതിക്കും, കീഴ്ജാതിക്കും സമ്മിശ്വരജതിക്കും ഏക ദൈവ വിശ്വാസമായിരുന്നു.

ഒരു ഉപജാതി, കീഴ് ജാതി, സമ്മിശ്വരജാതി എന്നിവ ഒരു ജാതിയുടെ കുടകീഴിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ ബഹുദൈവ വിശ്വാസികൾ ആയിത്തീരുന്നു.

ഹാനോക്കിനെ യഹോവ എടുത്തപ്പോൾ രൂപന്തരപെട്ടതുപോലെയാണ് ഏലിയാവിനെ യഹോവ എടുത്തത്.

മരണപെടാനുള്ള ജഡത്തെ വിന്മയ ശരീരത്തോട് രൂപാന്തരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് ആണ് ഉൾപ്രാപണം.

ഒരു ശിശു ജനിക്കുമ്പോൾ ദൈവം ആത്മാവിനെ, കൂടാതെ പ്രാണൻ, ശരീരം എന്നി ഘടനയോടെയാണ് സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആത്മാവ് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പ്രതിരൂപമായി മനുഷ്യനിൽ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രാണൻ ജീവന്റെ അസ്ഥിത്വം ആയി നില കൊള്ളുന്നു. ശരീരം മണ്ണിൽ നിന്ന് എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതായകയാൽ മരണശേഷം മണ്ണിൽ ചേരുകയും ജീവൻ പാതാളത്തിൽ പോകുകയും ആത്മാവ് ദൈവത്തിങ്കലേക്ക് ചേരുകയും ചെയുന്നതാണ് മരണം.

പുനരുധ്വാന വേളയിൽ ജീവൻ ശരീരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിച് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവോട് ചേർന്ന് ന്യായവിധിക്കായി ദൈവ സന്നിധിയിൽ എത്തുമാറാകുന്നു. പിന്നീട് നന്മ ചെയ്തവർ ജീവനിക്കലേക്കും തിന്മ ചെയ്തവർ നരകത്തിലേക്കും അവരുടെ ഓഹരികനിസരിച്ചുള്ള നന്മയുo തിന്മയും യഥാക്രമം സ്വർഗത്തിലും നരകത്തിലേക്കുമായി എന്നേക്കും നിത്യമായി പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നു.

We all want our lives to count for something significant. Like a runner, we want to find a trophy at the finish line, something that leaves a mark on this world and gives our life meaning.

The apostle Paul was in a Roman prison facing death when he gave Timothy this honest appraisal of his own life and ministry. Like a prizefighter, he had made it to the last round. Like a distance runner, he was right at the tape and still in full stride. He expressed great joy in knowing that he had lived his life without compromising his faith in God.

*One thing God wants from each of us is our faithfulness.*

He wants us to remain true to him. If you’re a spiritual explorer, such a life begins by taking the first step: Ask Christ to forgive you and give you direction. Once you do that, Christ will come to live in you. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Jesus will enable you to faithfully complete your life’s race.

A life marked by faithfully walking with God is a life that truly counts. At the end of your life, whatever else you think you’ll look back on, interests, accomplishments, acquisitions, nothing will compare with the satisfaction of knowing that you invested your life in spiritual things that really last. Better to face God confident that you did it His way than any other way.

Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us cleanse ourselves from everything that could defile the body and the spirit, and thus accomplish holiness out of reverence for God._

After what Demian told Henry about sanctification and holiness, and how that was the secret to walking in God's greater power, Henry was intimidated because his understanding of holiness was skewed. He believed that holiness was an impossible feat for him because he grew up in the streets and was not refined like Demian.

Henry's understanding of a Holy life was living a moody, unhappy, somber, and unadventurous life filled with unpleasant rules and regulations, awkward dressing, tired demeanor, and miserable marriage relationships. He couldn't be more wrong. He would later discover that living a holy life is living a most fulfilling and joyful life. Demain didn't dress awkwardly, he had a beautiful marriage, was filled with joy, and was living a life Henry admired. He was proof that Henry’s understanding of holiness was not correct.

A holy person is one who has been set aside for God's use alone. This means the world and the things in the world (lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and pride of life) no longer have control over him. He is now under the control of the Holy Spirit and no longer considers himself to be a part of this present world system. He doesn't share the same value system with the world nor does he desire to “keep up with the Joneses or Kardashians”. He lives a relevant powerful life in this age, but only as an ambassador from a better higher kingdom.

Go into today remembering that being set apart for God's use is the biggest privilege we have as human beings. This is when we would walk in God's glorious power and not be afraid of what the world fears.

Prayer: Father, help me live for you and you alone. Deliver me from the power and control of this world's system. In Jesus' Name.

"ATTAINING SPIRITUAL MATURITY:PASTOR CHRIS "

*ATTAINING SPIRITUAL MATURITY*

_I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake. I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one…_ *(1 John 2:12-13).*

The Apostle John, in the opening text, addresses three classes of God’s people: first, the little children, then the young men, and finally, the fathers. *“Fathers”* in this context isn’t referring to a male parent, but to those who have attained spiritual maturity in Christ; those who have raised others and have been in the Lord long enough to have the experience of God through the Word. It refers to those who have come to spiritual manhood. In them, the Word of the Lord is fulfilled. Through the Holy Spirit, these ones are able to understand and interpret the mind of God on wide variety of issues and establish His righteousness.

Attaining to this level of spiritual maturity is simply by giving yourself to the Scriptures in study and meditation, knowing God’s Word and living by it every day. In 2 Timothy 2:15 AMPC, Paul admonished: *“Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth.”* Also, Jesus said in John 5:39, *“Search the scriptures....”*

The Scriptures have the capacity to build you unto maturity: *“And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified”* (Acts 20:32). The Word is your life; therefore, yield yourself to the Word to build and nourish you. The Bible says, *“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the Word that ye may grow thereby”* (1 Peter 2:2). The Word is the only ingredient that can transform and build our lives on all three levels: spirit, soul and body.

*The Message*

Taking territories has several meanings. It is breaking into new frontiers, taking your environment for Christ, growing spiritually and advancing from one level to another level. It also means taking new initiatives and developing new opportunities.

Whatever we read in the Bible, whether an event that happened, an instruction that God gave, or something that God did, we can always find in them principles informing and directing what we do today. God promised Joshua that wherever the sole of his foot touched He had given to him. In other words, wherever Joshua could walk was potential property for him.

If you had that promise in these days, I am sure you will intentionally walk large portions of land and claim all for yourself and your family after you. That promise God made to Joshua still stands today. This time the context is different, however. I am sure you have lived in different places at this point in your life.

The question to ask is this: Did you possess all those places that you lived? To interpret this more accurately, how many people in those areas did you “possess” for the kingdom? We should be Kingdom-conscious wherever the Lord, secular assignments and so on might take us.

I believe that one thing we can add to our profile is how many came to know the Lord because of your presence in those communities. How has been your Christian witnessing so far? Moses identified seven territories that the Israelites were to possess in order to inherit their promised land: the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites.

Just as Israel of Moses’ and Joshua’s days had territories to conquer, in our day, we too have “territories” that must be brought under the Lordship of Christ. The Great Commission instructs us to make disciples of all nations, not just converts. When our Lord gave the Great Commission, His focus was on nations being discipled for Him and not just individuals.

Yet today, most of what we preach across the Body of Christ is individual salvation and not a message with a view of societal change and transformation.

_Ephesians 3:16-19 (KJV) That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God._

After Gbemi accepted the Lord Jesus, she submitted to discipleship and was connected to Mrs. Anderson by the church's evangelism department. As Mrs. Anderson started to disciple Gbemi and teach her the way of the Lord, she observed that there were so many things Gbemi did not understand, and it appeared as if she could not understand them. Gbemi could not understand why she was to love her enemies, she could not understand God's love for her even though she believed it.

Because Mrs. Anderson had experience in discipling people, she knew that what Gbemi needed the most was prayers. She would spend quality time each day praying for Gbemi, and her major prayer was that the Lord would strengthen her with might in the inner man. Mrs. Anderson understood that strength in the inner man would give Gbemi the ability and capacity for greater faith so that she would be able to be filled with the presence of God in the measure that can transform her and help her understand the kingdom of God.

We all have measures of the indwelling Holy Spirit. The day you accepted the Lord Jesus, you received a measure. The day you got baptized in the Holy Ghost, you received a higher measure. The more the word of Christ dwells in you richly, the more your measure increases (see Colossians 3:16, Ephesians 5:18-20).

As the Lord strengthens you by His Spirit with might in your inner man, this increases your capacity for faith, and thus your capacity to be filled with the fullness of God. It takes spiritual strength to host higher dimensions of the presence, glory, and power of God. Notice that in today's Bible verses, the result of might in the inner man is that Christ dwells in our hearts richly, and the product of this is the ability to comprehend the dimensions of the love of Christ. One of the easily discernible signs that your spiritual strength is increasing is that your level of spiritual understanding would also be increasing. The commandments of the Lord would now be easy for you to obey and no more seem grievous (see 1 John 5:3).

Go into today praying with today's Bible verses. Ask the Lord to strengthen you with might in the inner man by His Spirit so that your capacity to manifest the realities and power of the divine life would be upgraded. Use this time to pray for those who you disciple too.

Confession: I am strengthened by the Holy Spirit with might in my inner man. My capacity to express the glory of God is increasing. Hallelujah!

1 Corinthians 15:52 AMPC “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable (free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed).”

At the Rapture, not everyone will hear the sound of the trumpet. It’ll be audible only to the Christians who died in Christ already and those alive at the time. Everybody else won’t hear it because the trumpet’s sound would only be heard by faith. It’s not something you’re going to make an effort to hear, because as a Christian, you already live by faith. Everything about your life and your relationship with God is by faith; therefore, you’re going to hear it.

The Bible says, “Because of faith Enoch was caught up and transferred to heaven, so that he did not have a glimpse of death; and he was not found, because God had translated him...” (Hebrews 11:5 AMPC). He was raptured by faith. So, with your faith in Jesus Christ, you have nothing to worry about; trust that when the trumpet sounds, you’re going to hear it! As read in our opening verse, the sound of the trumpet will happen faster than the snap of your finger! In the twinkling of an eye, we’re out of here, and suddenly, we’re in heaven.

Every Christian ought to go at the rapture. Therefore, it means that anyone who doesn’t make the “first flight” hasn’t been living for the Lord. Keep your faith alive, and live for the Master every day. Walk in love and in righteousness. Focus on getting others ready for the Rapture and into the Kingdom of God.

_Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen_ *(Hebrews 11:1).*

Assume it was your birthday, and your favourite uncle, rich and generous, called you on the phone to tell you he just bought you a car. You’d believe him and immediately get excited, even though you hadn’t seen the car. That’s faith; it doesn’t require physical evidence.

The reason you believe and rejoice is that you trust your uncle’s character; otherwise, you’d express doubt upon receiving the news. Similarly, when you think, talk and act based on the integrity of God’s Word, you’re expressing faith, and you’re bound to have extraordinary results.

Someone once lamented how God gave him a specific word about his healing, prosperity and restoration, yet he claimed he didn’t see evidence that the Word came to pass in his life. His language actually manifested unbelief. What other evidence is there concerning your blessings and triumphant life besides the Word of God?

Become fully persuaded by the Word of God. Don’t wait for any physical manifestation before you take what God says is yours. Accept His Word and live accordingly. Your faith is the manifestation, for faith perceives as fact that which has been declared by the Word.

_My faith is active and prevails even now! I anchor my life on God’s Word, and refuse to be swayed by contrary winds or circumstances, for my faith is the title-deed to unseen realities. I walk in the light of my inheritance in Christ, in power and grace, living in divine health and supernatural prosperity. I’m victorious evermore, because I live in and by the Word. Amen.

*The Message*

Brokenness is the total submission to the will of God and an absolute, determined zeal to carry out His will in your personal conduct as a Christian. It is allowing the Holy Spirit to reign in every department of your life without frustrating His still small voice directing your conduct and responses to the realities of your daily life.

When you are broken, you are always welcomed in God’s presence and are able to live the life of holy revival. What are some of the signs of brokenness? Here are some of them in the light of God’s word. The broken Christian will have a crucified flesh (Gal. 2:20). He or she will accept correction with meekness (Acts 23:1-5).

He or she will admit fault without fuss, listen to other people’s opinion and will not be bitter when not having his or her way. He or she does not pull down others to lift themselves up. He or she consciously decreases and allows Jesus to increase in him or her. Similarly, the broken Christian does not show off to appear to be better than others.

He or she is always concerned about God’s approval than men’s approval of you and does not blow personal trumpet but let others blow it for him or her. Also, a broken Christian does good to people without expecting a return of the favour from them. He or she does not gossip nor have a double personality. He or she readily forgives others and quickly apologises when he or she offends others.

In addition, a broken Christian does not have a critical spirit for others and does not harbour impure thoughts in his or her mind. He or she maintains a strong and healthy prayer altar and increases the knowledge of God by constant research of His word.

Finally a broken Christian walks by faith and not by sight. Beloved, when you are broken, God personally reserves a seat for you in His presence.

Every time we pray, power is released. The Bible tells us about Elijah who prayed and got answers.

He prayed earnestly that it shouldn’t rain and it didn’t rain for three and a half years! Then, he prayed again, this time he asked for rain, God answered his prayers and it rained heavily upon the earth (1 Kings 18:45).

Like Elijah, you can cause changes through your prayers because your prayers are full of power.

"YOU ARE AN AXE HANDLE"

*YOU’RE AN AXE HANDLE*

2 KINGS 6:1-7

_“But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed”_ (2 Kin. 6:5).

There are many similarities between an axe and us. The axe handle is made of wood, which is the same substance that the axe is designed to cut. But wood can’t cut wood. It’s the axe head, which is made of iron that does the cutting. However, the axe head is unproductive without the axe handle.

*We are like the axe handle*. In our humanity, we’re incapable of felling the problems in our lives. It takes something much stronger than us to topple our challenges. *The anointing of God is the axe head. It’s the power that cuts through the difficulties of life*. The power of the axe head is dependent on the axe handle. Without the handle, the axe head does nothing. And without the axe head, the handle is powerless. It’s not just God’s “sovereignty” that determines what happens in our lives. Although, it cer-

tainly isn’t our efforts, independent of God, that bring victory. *We must have God’s ability joined to our availability to strike the blow that defeats the devil.*

An axe handle attaches to the head through a hole in which it slips through. Then the handle has to be split by putting a wedge in the top of it. This fixes the handle in place through pressure

against the sides of the axe head.

Likewise, *the only way we can hold on to the power of God in our lives is to have a clear split between our confidence in ourselves and our confidence in God*. The greater the distinction be-

tween these two, the more secure the axe head.

"FAITHFULNESS :PASTOR CHRIS"

*Faithfulness*

He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much... Luke 16:10

God loves and blesses faithful people. Faithfulness is a quality every child of God should demonstrate. Faithful people do the right things all the time, even when no one is looking or praising them for it.

David displayed this important quality. He was faithful in tending to his father’s sheep, God saw this and promoted him to be king of Israel (2 Samuel 7:8). Daniel refused to do the wrong thing; rather, he remained faithful to God even when he was threatened by those who hated him.

God always rewards faithfulness; therefore, be faithful in all you do for Him.

"THE SURPASSING RIGHTEOUSNESS "

The Surpassing Righteousness

_Matthew 5:20 (NET) For I tell you, unless your righteousness goes beyond that of the experts in the law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven._

Deryl wanted to live a life that pleases God. He understood that if a man walked righteously in the fear of the Lord, he would be pleasing to the Lord. He tried to live a holy sanctified life and avoided all appearances of evil. But in his heart, he knew that something was still wrong. He was not walking in the reality and power of the kingdom of heaven.

After several months of trying his best and inquiring what could be wrong, he had a dream that made him realize that he had little faith. He trusted more in his ability to obey God than in the faithfulness of Jesus to preserve him from falling. He was always afraid of failing because of this.

The Pharisees were one of the strictest sects of the then-Jewish religious world. They were very particular about their understanding and adherence to the law of God. As far as conditioning your flesh and mind to obey the requirements of the law of God was concerned, the Pharisees were at the top of the ladder. But their righteousness was based on trust in themselves to obey God, so it was floored. They had so disciplined themselves over so many years that they could muzzle their flesh and put it in subjection to their will which had been trained to obey God's law, but they had no way of dealing with the sinful nature of the heart.

Walking in holiness without understanding faith is a fruitless mission. In order for a believer to truly walk in God's holiness and reap the fruit of God's power, he must be grounded in faith. Righteousness by faith is always superior to righteousness by works [which is depending on one's ability to obey God]. If you stop depending on your ability and start trusting in the Lord Jesus as the reason why you will not fail, your faith will produce such true righteousness from within that the righteousness of the pharisee doesn’t even come close to.

Go into today remembering to trust in the faithfulness of Jesus as the reason why you will not fall.

Confession: I belong to Jesus and I obey Him. He is the reason why I will not fall but inherit The Kingdom at last.

"VICTORY IN YOUR MOUTH :PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME "

VICTORY IN YOUR MOUTH*

_Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in. And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour_ *(Joshua 6:1-2).*

Joshua was one of such characters in the Bible who was guided to victory by divine revelation. As he prepared to lead Israel in one of her defining battles, the angel of the Lord appeared to him and gave him the strategy by which he should defeat the enemy. Even though the city, Jericho, was greatly fortified against aggression, God’s Word to him at that moment assured him of victory. The Holy Spirit gave Joshua the winning strategy. He said, *“And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, …and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him”* (Joshua 6:3-5).

Those walls weren’t ordinary walls; they were fortifications of massive proportions. However, when the Israelites shouted according to the Lord’s instruction, the walls came crumbling down (Read Joshua 6).

Aside that day, never in the history of mankind has it ever happened that people shouted and great walls fell down flat. I believe that when they shouted, every one of them released a sound code that caused the walls to come down: the energy of words! If releasing the right words or sound could bring down physical barriers, it’ll also remove financial barriers or any other kind of barrier.

Perhaps you’re in a financial strait; no money is coming in and none is going out; things are extremely hard. It’s time for you to get a hold of God’s Word for that situation and release it. Keep speaking until there’s a change. The same Holy Spirit that gave Joshua the strategy to take Jericho has given you His Word. He said in 1 Corinthians 3:21, *“...all things are yours.”* In Romans 8:17, He said you’re an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Christ.

Keep His Word in your heart and in your mouth in meditation. Keep pondering, muttering and shouting the Word until the situation you’re dealing with crumbles before you. Hallelujah!

"JESUS :OUR PROPITIATION"

Romans 3:24-25 – _We are “justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption, which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith”._

*The Message*

The death of Christ turns away the wrath of God. Apostle Paul said that Christ is our propitiation. By this, he made reference to what Christ did on our behalf before God. Through His atoning sacrifice and finished work on the cross at Calvary, Christ assuaged or pacified God and made Him to remove His wrath from us.

The Bible affirms that God gave His Son as a means of the propitiation. 1 John 2:2 underscores it, “And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.” Similarly, the Bible says, “In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins” (1 John 4:10). God could not let sin go as a mere slip away.

He demanded the atonement and provided it. Hebrews 2:9 adds this, ”It was by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.” According to the New Testament, propitiation refers to the act of getting rid of sin which has come between God and man. The blood of Jesus satisfies the just requirements of God’s holy law which mankind broke, pays the penalty for man, and thus removes that which had separated between a holy God and sinful man: sin, its guilt and penalty.

The LORD God set forth His Son, the Lord Jesus, as the One who would be the satisfaction for our sins. Because God is satisfied with the payment of the sin debt, His wrath is turned aside, away from the believing sinner. Christ absorbed the wrath of God on our behalf. He bore our punishment as our substitute.

God sent His one and only begotten Son who lived and died for our sins. With Christ’s death on the cross, the sinner who believes Him is acquitted. He is our expiatory sacrifice that satisfied the righteousness of God.

His death paid our debt in full and our holy God was satisfied.

"SIN IS A GRAVE"

*SIN IS A GRAVE*

We hear in the news about people committing horrific crimes. Men who rape and kill a 5-year-old girl, a mother who poisons and kills her own children, drunkards who torture their family, politicians who do injustice for money, and many more like this...

*The criminals who come into the news make the public angry.* People curse them and even try to kill them. But what is the truth? Even those people, who are cursing them are caught up in such sins. Maybe not to the degree of those criminals but to some extent. These people are doing it in their minds but the criminals did them in their actions. Someday *these people also going to commit the same crimes when the opportunity arises.*

*Why do humans commit such atrocities?*

Scripture says: *As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins (Ephesians 2:1). ...we were dead in transgressions (Ephesians 2:5).*

*Just as a dead man cannot rise up and function, so a man who is in sin cannot stop his sin and do good.* They have no control over their sinful deeds. He cannot say no to sin. He is dragged by sin to all sinful places.

That is why Jesus said on the cross "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." So there is no use in accusing them and condemning them. They are controlled by an outside force.

*What is the solution?*

*The Son of man Jesus came into the world to save the man who is dead in sin and laid in the grave. He accepted the penalty for man's sin in His body and died on the cross. And by His resurrection from the grave, He helps the dead man to resurrect from his grave of Sin.*

*...that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead.* (Ephesians 2:5)

Every man who has accepted Jesus as his personal Savior and has his sins forgiven and is raised from dead.* Sin can no longer control him. He has the power to say no to sin. *

*Why do Christians who have been resurrected from sin again sin?*

This question may come to you. *There are many Christians who are raised from sin but still live in the grave.* This is why it is said: "Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." (Ephesians 5:14)

*If you are saved and still live in sin, you are fully responsible for it.* Because Christ has raised you up. You are the one who needs to leave the tomb of sin.

*Repent O Christian! you who are still sleeping in the tomb. You are not dead, you are just sleeping in the grave. Sin controls the people of the world (who are dead in sin), but it cannot control you (because you are raised from the dead). You can get rid of your sinful habits. It is your responsibility to say no to sin and come out of the tomb.*

*Christ will enlighten you when you come out of sin. Your life will be reshaped. You will be a blessing to many.*

*… even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were (Romans 4:17).*

Faith is a principle by which we live in the Kingdom of God. The Bible says, “…the just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17). And the faith we’ve been given is the God-kind of faith. You can apply it as God did throughout the Scriptures and be guaranteed the same results. The Bible says by faith, He framed the cosmos, the worlds (Hebrews 11:3).

No wonder Jesus averred in Mark 11:22, “...Have faith in God.” Several translations read “Have the faith of God” or “the God-kind of faith”—the supernatural faith that God operates. We read about it in our opening verse: He calls things that are not as though they were; seeing the unseen. By the spoken word, you bring into physical manifestation things which are not perceptible to the senses.

What about things that are already there that you don’t want? The Bible says, “And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are” (1 Corinthians 1:28). He says we use “things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.” What a principle!

The word “nought” is from “katargeoǉ” (Greek), meaning to make void, bring to nought or nothing, to make or become of no (none, without) effect; to decimate. This you can achieve with your words—your faith proclamations. With words, you can destroy or decimate things which are. Remember, you can call things that are not, as though they were. Hallelujah!

There’s no disadvantage to the child of God. Whatever the situation you’re facing today, there’s a way out. The victory is in your mouth. Don’t look at the circumstances, for they’re subject to change. Look at the unseen—your victory—the picture the Word of God projects. Look at what the Word is telling you, and stick to the Word.

The more dire the situation or circumstance is, the more you affirm the Word and proclaim that you’re victorious in the Name of Jesus! The Name of Jesus can’t be overthrown. Use it, and you’ll always win. Blessed be God!

The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; I have a goodly heritage. I live in health, safety and prosperity. The world is subdued before me, and I walk in dominion over circumstances. Glory to God!

1 Kings 8:56 – “ _Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.”_

*The Message*

Yesterday, we learnt the importance of knowing and appropriating God’s promises. We also learnt the conditions every believer needs to fulfil to turn the Father’s promises to personal testimonies. It is also important to know the characteristics of God’s promises as this would enable believers to further value them.

First, God’s promises are unfailing. Solomon had the privilege of building the house of God. He acknowledged that it was in fulfilment of God’s promise. In 1 Kings 8:56, he prayed thus, “Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant.” Is there any promise of God you are believing Him for its fulfilment. It will never fail!

Second, God’s promises are assured by divine ability (Romans 4:21). Our God is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. Nothing is impossible for Him. That should give you an assurance that whatever He has promised you, He is capable of fulfilling.

The Bible says that Abraham was blessed by God because He was fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform. You should borrow a leaf from him. It takes unwavering faith to claim God’s promises and turn them to testimonies.

Another characteristic of God’s promises is that they are grounded in Christ. 2 Cor. 1:20 says, “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” Christ’s sacrifice on the cross, stamped the authority of God on His promises to us.

Similarly, God’s promises are of infinite value. In 2 Pet. 1:4, the Bible says, “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust…” The blessings attached to every promise of God are unquantifiable and timeless.

Therefore, ensure that you attach the appropriate value to them. Lastly, God’s promises culminate in everlasting life. In 1 John 2:25, the Bible affirms this, “And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.” God is forever faithful. His promise of eternal life is for anyone who believes (John 6:47).

"DEFILEMENT OF FLESH"

Topic: Defilement of Flesh

_2 Corinthians 7:1 (KJV) Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God._

When Lanre was an unbeliever, he had very ungodly friends who were very immoral. After Lanre received the Lord Jesus, he found it difficult to leave his friends because they were really close. But one thing Lanre noticed was that each time he spent time with them, he would feel filthy inside. It would be as if he was so dirty and he needed a bath.

In the old Testament, defilement of flesh was caused by contact with unclean things, a dead body, the temple of idols or things dedicated to idols, etc. An unclean person was not permitted to enter the temple of God or worship God until he has gone through the purification process which would usually involve the washing of water.

Today in the new Testament, defilement of flesh is possible(today's scripture makes that clear). One thing that causes defilement of flesh is when a believer fellowships with unbelievers. Just like a believer’s body is the temple of the living God, an unbeliever is the temple of the god of this world. Anyone whose life is ruled by lust, greed, and pride is subjected to the prince of this world. When a person who has been cleansed and sanctified communes with a person who is a temple of idols, he would experience defilement of flesh because of physical fellowship with an unclean temple, even if they don't do or say anything sinful. Also, all forms of sexual experience outside marriage(between a male man and a female woman) produces defilement of flesh. It is only the marriage bed that provides immunity from defilement when there is a sexual experience (Hebrews 13:4). Defilement of flesh ultimately leads to defilement of spirit.

Go into today thanking the Lord for sanctifying you by His precious blood.

We have seen that the promise of the spirit in the four gospels pointed to “residence” and “permanence.”

Thus in the epistles, “the spirit within” was the focal point from which the giving of the spirit and our reception of the same is explained:

1st Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1st Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

The word “temple” is used to describe where one dwells or stays permanently.

Paul also referred to believers collectively as the habitation of God through the spirit, ie where the spirit is and this is based on the fact that individually the spirit lives in each of us (as he had written in Ephesians 1:13)

Ephesians 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

The fact of the indwelling spirit was emphatically taught all through the epistles, thus establishing it as an important fact that the believer ought to acquainted with.

1st John 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

1st John 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.

John in his epistle explained the fact that God dwells, abides in us by the spirit which he has given us.

Jude 1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Vs 20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Jude made a distinction between those who are sensual, having not the spirit from believers whom he calls beloved. He then instructs to build up ourselves on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

Thus the indwelling of the spirit is a reality of the man in Christ. The spirit has been given, and by faith in the gospel, he has received the spirit. He has the spirit today and forever!

The indwelling of the spirit implies that the spirit lives in you, not as a temporary place of abode, but as a permanent residence. Thus, it will be a misnomer for him to assume that he is without the spirit at any given time.

The indwelling is not a temporary or conditional one, rather the believer has the spirit, is in the spirit, and the spirit lives in him forever.

*WHY SEEK THE LIVING AMONG THE DEAD?*

“And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?” (Luke 24:5).

The angel asked the women at the tomb, *“Why seek ye the living among the dead?”* That’s a great question! The women who came to the tomb that resurrection morning were seeking Jesus, *but they weren’t seeking a living, victorious Christ*. They were grieving because the Jesus they were seeking was dead.

Likewise, we often seek a dead God. We don’t phrase it that way, of course, but that’s what it amounts to. We pray and talk about how big and impossible our problems are, just as if God was dead. *We forget, or don’t believe, that Jesus overcame ALL the problems of this life*. We say things like, “The doctor told me I’m going to die!” *What does this mean to the person who’s already conquered death? It’s nothing to Him*. If we pray to the risen Christ, then death won’t overwhelm us either.

*When the women at the tomb believed that Jesus was alive, all their sadness turned to joy*. That’s the way it will be with us too *when we start relating to a risen Christ who has put all our enemies under His feet*. It’s not enough to just seek Jesus; we need to seek the risen Lord Jesus. We need to recognize that Jesus is Almighty and start treating Him as such. It doesn’t glorify the Lord to fall apart like a two-dollar suitcase every time something bad happens. We have access to Him who has all power in heaven and earth. *We need to come to the risen Christ and expect resurrection power to flow into our situations*.

*The Message*

Many believers miss out on the wonders and blessings of God’s promises, year in year out. The reason is that some are ignorant of these great and precious promises as well as the blessings attached to them while others do not know how to claim and convert them to useful realities in their lives.

Whichever of these two categories you belong, you are missing a lot and need help. One apparent consequence of not claiming and benefitting from God’s promises is that the individual will live a life that is lower and less dignifying than what God has ordained for His children. God’s promises are to be appropriated and enjoyed by His children as their covenant right.

It will therefore be improper to deny yourself of such a great opportunity or to allow the enemy to rob you of them through ignorance or unbelief. The Bible is a book of exceeding great and precious promises. It contains promises on good health, longevity, fruitfulness, financial prosperity, peace, joy, progress, promotion, marital bliss, ministerial success, victory, dominion, security and so on. God exalts His word above His name.

His promises are yea and amen, and He abides faithful forever. Beloved, if you have not been claiming and enjoying the fulfilment of God’s promises, you should do a personal check. Are you a born again child of God? Are you living and walking in His will? Do you read and live by the word of God daily?

Are you identifying God’s promises and praying to God specifically about them, especially in that area of your need? If your answers to the foregoing questions are not in the affirmative, you have to turn a new leaf today.

God is ever ready and willing to fulfil His promises. You need to do your part of the bargain too

_*But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).*_

When we say, “God loves you,” many think it’s just a generic communication about God’s love for everyone. Yes, He does love everyone, but He thinks of, and relates to you like you’re the only one on the face of the earth. Each one of us is uniquely valuable to God; as valuable to Him as Jesus is. This is so huge a truth that it takes understanding the Word of God and the thinking of the Spirit to accept it.

God proved His love for you with the price He paid: the life of Jesus. The Bible says, _*“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us”*_ (Romans 5:8). If you were the only one on earth that needed salvation, Jesus would have still come to die for you. He didn’t come because we were many.

Luke 15:7 says, _*“I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.”*_ If that’s the truth as it is, I want you to think what it means to the Father for anyone to go to hell. 2 Peter 3:9 tells us, _*“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”*_

He wants everyone to know, embrace, and walk in the truth of His love. He’s entrusted us with the message of His love, to share it with the whole world. Remember, He saves you and makes you His partner in saving others—a soul winner. Therefore, make this Easter count for someone in your world who hasn’t yet known the Lord. The responsibility is on you to reach those in your sphere of influence with the news of Christ’s love and saving power.

Think about what the apostles of Christ did for us regarding this glorious Gospel; they gave everything and even their lives because they thought it was worth that much. They wanted to make sure that the Gospel went to others, until it got to us.

Let it be your ultimate passion, joy, love and pride to give of your finances, time and energy for the spread of the Gospel around the world. It’s such a great honour and privilege to be a part of something so sublime and so divine.

*A real love for others will chase those worries away. The thought of being punished is what makes us afraid. It shows that we have not really learned to love. 1 John 4:18 CEV*

I’m sure you’re not afraid to ask your dad or mum for anything. Even when you do wrong, you wouldn’t run from them; rather, you’d run to them to apologize. Why? The reason is that you know they love you very much, and as such your response to them is based on that knowledge. This is what I call ‘love response’. This should always be your response to the Lord. Never be fearful before Him for He loves you dearly, regardless of your mistakes; He’s forever kind and forgiving.

*THE NEW BIRTH: BEING BORN OF THE SPIRIT*

*The first fact that we need to examine with regard to the indwelling spirit as explained by “residence” and “permanence” is the new birth.*

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Vs 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

Vs 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Vs 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Vs 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Vs 8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Jesus’ explanation of the new birth (being born again) was in response to a question posed by Nicodemus.

In verse 3 he stated that a man cannot see the kingdom of God except he is “born again.” This led Nicodemus to ask if a man can be born a second time by his mother (verse 4) pointing to how he must have assumed that being born “again” should have referred to being born “a second time.” However Jesus’ explanation in the next set of verses clarified this thought pattern.

Jesus in verse 5 explained that except a man is born of water and of the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God, in line with what he had said in verse 3. The word “water” here was used by Jesus to symbolically refer to the work of the spirit at the new birth. This is very similar to how he spoke in John 4:14 and John 7:37-39.

Recall also, that Ezekiel in his prophecy employed the use of water to explain the work of the spirit. Thus for John 3:5, we can understand the word “and” as explanatory (where one term describes the other) rather than as a conjunction (for two distinct things).

Hence John 3:5 can be better understood as saying “except a man be born of water and (THAT IS or WHICH IS) the spirit…”

This is seen further in the proceeding verses in which the term “spirit” was emphasized:

Verse 6: “…that which is born of the spirit is spirit”

Verse 8: “….such is every one that is born of the spirit”

Thus we can understand that being born again as used by Jesus (verse 3) refers to being born of the spirit. This is the NEW BIRTH,

Moreover, the word “again” as applied by Jesus refers to being born from above. This implies that being born again has to do with a different, new kind of birth, and not being born (in/of the flesh) a second time as assumed by Nicodemus. The new birth therefore is to be born of the spirit. The believer therefore, is one who is born of the spirit.

Paul also elucidated this reality in his letter to Titus:

Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

He used the terms: “the washing of regeneration” and “renewing of the Holy Ghost” not to describe two events or concepts but one and the same thing.

The word “washing” here implies a cleansing, while the word “regeneration” implies new beginning; this he also referred to as the renewing of the Holy Ghost. The word “renewing” implies that what is being spoken about had no prior existence.

These are terms or concepts that describe the new birth or being born again which is to be born of the spirit. We can therefore see that every believer has been born again and that the new birth actually implies to be born of the spirit.

The implication of this will be seen in the fact that at the new birth, a man receives the spirit and this is an eternal reality!

The Law Of The Temple

_Ezekiel 43:12 (NLT) “And this is the basic law of the Temple: absolute holiness! The entire top of the hill where the Temple is built is holy. Yes, this is the primary law of the Temple."_

Uche visited his uncle in the city for the very first time and was taken to a museum. When he saw the carved images, he ran to one of them in excitement and attempted to worship the image because he was an idol worshiper, but he was held back. “It's only an image!” his uncle exclaimed.

Uche's uncle did not allow him to bow to the image in worship because he knew the image was not an idol. An image however will become an idol when a demonic spirit is invoked into it.

In the same manner that an image can become an idol because of an invoked spirit, a house becomes the temple of the Lord when it is made holy. For instance, It was holiness that separated the vessels in the holy of holies from those in the outer court.

God no longer dwells in buildings (temples) Acts 7:48, He dwells in man (see 1 Corinthians 3:16). He however does not dwell in all men, he dwells in those who have fulfilled the basic law of a temple.

The basic law of the temple is absolute holiness. If you do not fulfill this basic requirement of a temple, you will not house God; his presence, or power.

If you desire to be a carrier of God's presence, you must learn the way of holiness and this will be manifest in your righteous living.

Go into today knowing that there is no substitute for holiness if you must be God's temple.

Prayer: Father, please lead me in the path of righteousness so I may be holy in Jesus' name. Amen!
