God's will Rejoice always, and pray continually, giving thanks for all things: this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18. Dear child of God, God's will for us in Christ Jesus is to always rejoice, to pray continually, and to give thanks for all things. We should always be happy. We should be happy at all times, whether it is suffering, adversity or blessing from God. Pray without ceasing. One must be a person who is in constant contact with God through prayer. A child of God must be one who gives thanks for all that God gives. They should be thankful not only for the good but also for the bad. The Lord's disciples sang and worshiped God in prison. It is God's will for us in Christ Jesus to rejoice, to pray, and to give thanks for all, in the midst of adversity.
