Secret Prayer and Public Release
Jesus Christ placed great importance on secret prayer in his earthly life. We need to understand that secret prayer was made a routine. When we heard that Jesus Christ went to pray on the mountain as usual, secret prayer was a regular practice. When Jesus Christ taught about prayer, he taught you to enter the room, close the door, and pray to the Father in secret, according to his way of life.
The fact that God incarnated on earth and secretly prayed with His heavenly Father on a desolate mountain shows the importance of secret prayer. Jesus Christ offered his secret prayer without even bringing his disciples with him.
Dear child of God, may your prayers be kept secret. You have a God who secretly asks your heavenly Father to give you publicly. You have a God who gives public deliverance to the things you pray in secret.
