"You will be sad, but your sorrow will be turned to joy"

You will be sad, but your sorrow will be turned to joy. John 16:20 Dear child of God, if you are in sorrow, do not worry. All those who came down to serve the Lord were in this worldly life with great sorrow. The only hope is in Jesus Christ. Many would not be on this earth without God to help them. This verse is about those who follow Jesus Christ. This world gives joy to those who do not follow Jesus Christ. Those who know Jesus Christ will receive eternal joy at the coming of the Lord. The present sorrow for a child of God is short-lived. The present loss, suffering, sickness, and hardship are only temporary, as we remember that day when we will reign with God forever. The sorrow that this world will endure in its short life while reigning with God forever is only temporary. When we think of eternal happiness, we think that the sufferings of this world are insignificant.
