Does he who formed the eye not see?

 Dear child of God, God does not fail to see your suffering.  He does not ignore your cries.  Did not God, who saw the affliction of the children of Israel, heard their cry, and delivered them out of Egypt?

 Dear child of God, God has heard your cry and God has seen your suffering.  You have a way out of the current predicament.  God will deliver you from the power of Pharaoh that oppresses you.  Do not despair.  Do you not think that God sees and hears all your troubles and sufferings?  God has a time. That is the right time.  If you humbly pray under the mighty hand of God, he will raise you up in due time.  Your cries and sorrows are not without God seeing and hearing.  You and I serve the God who prepares and delivers you in God's time.
