     Holiness of life is of paramount importance to a child of God. Joseph maintained the sanctity of his life, overcame adversity and became the Prime Minister of Egypt. When Samson, who did not maintain the sanctity of life, became a slave to the Philistines and lost both eyes. Joseph was imprisoned for maintaining the sanctity of life, but he later became ruler of Egypt. When Samson, who did not maintain the sanctity of life, later repented, the power of God descended upon his body. Samson is with David when it comes to listing the heroes of the faith. Although David did not maintain the sanctity of life, God forgave him when he repented and confessed. Dear child of God, keep your life holy. Or if you have not been able to maintain the sanctity of life in the past, repent and confess. The Lord will forgive. If God forgave the sins of Samson and David in the Old Testament, God will also forgive your sins.
