The situation you are going through may not be mentally debilitating. Put your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you, no matter what your circumstances may be. Hope in Jehovah. Put your matter before the Lord no matter what crisis comes in life, no matter how heavy the burden of the Red Sea may be. Maybe you can see Pharaoh and his army behind you. You put the matter before God. God will come down for you. He will blow the south wind. You will no longer see Pharaoh's army following you, and God will fight for you.
