Did God Establish Living Together? Living Together is a culture in which two people live together without signing a marriage contract of their own free will. It is not legally possible for both spouses to live as husband and wife without signing a marriage contract. The Bible enjoys the cohabitation of two couples outside of marriage, as opposed to God arranging the marriage of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. Clearly, Living Together is a biblical violation of God's command to unite Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
