Where is your refuge?

Where is your refuge? Dear child of God, where is your refuge? Are you in wealth? God says that the greedy will not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Is your trust in men? How can a man who sees today and dies tomorrow help you? A devotee relies on God. He did not rely on God for blessings, but on God as his Creator, so he relied on God. God nourished him daily on earth. When God told Abraham's descendants to rely on God alone to be sacrificed, Abraham obeyed, proving once again that God was Abraham's great God. Dear child of God, where do you trust, in God, in wealth, or in man? Those who trust in God will enter the land of Canaan. Those who trust in God are like Mount Zion, which endures forever. If you trust in God, you will stand firm in the face of adversity. You depend on God.
