God who goes to the one who cries
When he knew that Jesus was coming that way, he cried with a loud voice. God heard Bertimaeus' cry and came to him and healed him. The answer to your prayers will depend on the intensity of your prayers. If you open your heart and cry out, you have a God who comes to you and answers your prayers.
