The trouble is not to make you sad but to make you beautiful jewelry.
The Christian life is full of hardships for a Christian believer. It is narrow and cramped. The apostles of the first century dedicated their lives to Christ through martyrdom. They were starving, imprisoned, and whipped to the point of total surrender to Christ.
Dear child of God, do we suffer so much of Christ?
The Lord said, "Woe to you in the world, but I have overcome the world." The Lord Jesus Christ was born into the world as a human being and lived through the sufferings that befell us. Jesus Christ is our example in overcoming adversity. Suffering and adversity are meant to make us perfect in Christ.
Giving in life. May the saint see our shortcomings without murmuring in adversity, confess them, be sanctified, and sanctify himself as the Lord has said. A gold is passed through a fire to remove its impurities and make beautiful jewelry. As it is, God wants to take a child of God through the fire of suffering, purify it and turn it into beautiful ornaments.
