Born again and baptism When a person is chosen by the Lord, the Holy Spirit begins to transform in that person. It will make the person aware of sin and righteousness. When a person accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior and begins a new life in Christ, he will be born again. When the rebirth takes place in that person, he will gradually read the Bible as controlled by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, God incarnate, was baptized in the presence of John the Baptist so that we might make the same covenant with God. Not only Jesus Christ but many Jews were baptized under the hand of John the Baptist. When Jesus Christ was baptized, the Father spoke and the Holy Spirit came down in the form of a dove. To prove the importance of baptism, the Father God, the Holy God, the Son Jesus Christ and John the Baptist came together in the baptism of Jesus Christ.
