What is the penalty for misinterpreting the Bible?

 What is the penalty for misinterpreting the book of Revelation and what is the penalty for misinterpreting books other than Revelation?

The punishment for misinterpreting Revelation is "If anyone adds to it, God will bring upon him the plagues that are written in this book. If anyone removes anything from the word in this book of prophecy, God will remove his evil in the tree of life and in the holy city written in this book. Revelation 22: 18-19.

If anyone increase or decrease in the teachings of books other than Revelation is added, he will be called the smallest in the kingdom of heaven.
